It's hot out there

And hot in here, for that matter.  Whiskers is melting!

Aerodynamics. Or something.

One of the quirks of these kittens is their furry back feet.  Whiskers' are wild, the fur growing in all directions, like an ewok or something.  Snowy's feet have pointed tufts of fur that remind me of the fins on a classic car.  They both are very good at sliding on the wood floors, perhaps due to this special feature.  Who knows?  Regardless, it is charming.  At least to us. :)

King Kong Kitten

The kids set up the Hex Bugs and the kittens, not surprisingly, were interested.  Hayden said they were pretending to be King Kong. ;)

And eventually Snowy joined.  From this angle, almost can't tell who's who.

Six Months Old

A twist tie is a fabulous toy.

Snowy was very serious about catching it, as you can see.

And here is a short video of the duo in action the other night.  Though Whiskers can't hear, he LOVES paper bags.  He must feel the crinkling, if not hear it. ;)  Don't let the cat out of the bag
